    Offering a West Coast contemporary design, the 70 two and three-bedroom townhomes of Morrison Walk in North Vancouver offer adventure at your doorstep. Built atop a two-level parkade, these four-storey, wood-frame structure homes are set to be completed in the Fall of 2026. 

    The team at Cassette Construction worked diligently to ensure the homes at Morrison Walk were on budget and met the promised deadlines, getting homeowners moved in on time. Bringing the beautiful designs to reality with meticulous attention to detail, we are certain those living at Morrison Walk will live comfortably and joyfully in their new homes.

      Using mass timber and pre-fabrication techniques, the Cassette Construction team has experience building mixed-use (commercial, office, and residential), master planned (multi-tower), purpose-built rentals, and condo buildings in Vancouver, Burnaby, and Surrey.

        The Cassette Construction team has ample experience building five and six-storey purpose-built rentals, and three and four-storey stacked town homes using stick frame,  prefabricated, and modular techniques across the Lower Mainland (including Vancouver, Burnaby, and North Vancouver) as well as in the Yukon.
